ABOUT ME

Hello! Thanks for stopping by to find out a bit more about me!

I’m Anett,  and my journey to health and wellbeing started in my early twenties, during my university years, when my activity level dropped and my stress level increased.

I had to start visiting different massage therapists to seek help with my ongoing musclesceletol problems and start learning about my body and the connection between lack of exercise and stress.

It happened during one of my vacations to the mountains that I arrived with an extremely stiff neck and shoulders, hardly able to move my head.

A few days later, I was in shock to realise that one night, sitting next to the campfire suddenly, I just turned my head towards the beautifully clear stary sky… without any pain or limitation. This was my own first realisation about the effect of our stress level and the state of our body.

Before the pandemic I was lucky to provide on site chair massage to thousands of office workers in City of London’s most prestigious companies for many years so I have a great experience in this field about how deskbound work affects our body.

Last autumn, I achieved a confirmation about the standard of my work from the massage industry when I became a 3rd place UK Massage Champion.

The Freestyle category reflects on the therapist’s very own style and how they are able to combine their techniques from Western to Eastern style.

I’m in my late forthies now and experiencing the affect of natural aging on myself which made me to discover the importance not only physical and massage therapy but our activity level, mindset, lifestyle, routin, nutritions and supplements. Although I’m not qualified in all these fields but I have plenty of my own experience what I’m keen to share with everyone which hopefully will help you too to feel more comfortable, confident and free in your own body.

Today, I’m qualified for over 14 different massage and stretch modalities and have over 10 years of experience in both corporate and private environments.

I do not offer fashionable modalities that I haven’t tried myself before, and I do not like it.

Currently, I’m operating a safe and cosy, non-judgemental, private treatment room in West-Wickham.

As I had many treatments during my life and been on the other side of the massage couch, so many times 😊 I know exactly what makes it a good session! Therefore, I’m 100% committed about every small detail from the moment you step into my door until you leave, to provide a perfect experience in many ways.

It is not just an ordinary massage, my aim is to provide you with a complex package from consultation through advanced bodywork, aftercare, stretching excerecises, lifestyle advice and follow up, all tailor made to your body and your needs.

Together, we can work on your mindset to find out how you can improve your lifestyle and well-being by taking small steps at a time.

I’m here to support you all along on your wellbeing journey to FEEL WELL and BE WELL!

It is 14 years now when I started to study how to give a massage and never looked back.

To be a massage therapist is a lifelong journey for me with constant learning, and I am always keen to improve and develop my techniques with a great passion for helping others!

Hope to see you soon!

With love,

Anett
